Fired event rowediting which wasnt handled vb

I managed to get a list of users from my DB and show them on the gridview. Next I wanted to add Edit, Select and Delete. I set the AutoGenerate options for these buttons. I then did what I believe should hook up the events as shown in the code attached I didn't include the actual event handlers for brevity I would appreciate any help given.
